Vol.4 in the Gotta Go Country series will be on sale November 13th - available on both CD & DVD. The releases will feature tracks & clips from Compass Bros artists Adam Brand, The Sunny Cowgirls, James Blundell, Kirsty Lee Akers, Paul Costa and Liam Brew plus Felicity Urquhart, Jetty Road and Harmony James.

James Blundell is set to star in the ABC series Bush Slam which will screen over Summer on ABC. Six episodes, three days, two poets, one town… Hosted by HG Nelson, Bush Slam visits six quintessential Australian towns over six half‐hour programs, finding the heartbeat of the nation in verse and discovering the true spirit of the country. HG is at the helm of the Bush Slam bus, each week taking two very different artists to explore a rural community and meet its people.

‘Comin From/Khe Sanh’ from Adam’s 2008 album ‘Blame It On Eve’ was nominated in the category of ‘Country Work of the Year’ at the APRA Music Awards nominations announcement in Sydney yesterday.

‘I’m thrilled to be nominated for an APRA award and to be included in such a stella field’… said Adam who is touring in WA at present.

Other nominees in the category are Kasey Chambers & Shane Nicolson’s with “Rattlin’ Bones”, Adam Harvey with “I’m Doin’ Alright”, Amber Lawrence with ‘Good Girls“ and Sara Storer “Long Live The Girls”.
