ADAM BRAND RECEIVES APRA NOMINATION FOR ‘COUNTRY WORK OF THE YEAR’

‘Comin From/Khe Sanh’ from Adam’s 2008 album ‘Blame It On Eve’ was nominated in the category of ‘Country Work of the Year’ at the APRA Music Awards nominations announcement in Sydney yesterday.

‘I’m thrilled to be nominated for an APRA award and to be included in such a stella field’… said Adam who is touring in WA at present.

Other nominees in the category are Kasey Chambers & Shane Nicolson’s with “Rattlin’ Bones”, Adam Harvey with “I’m Doin’ Alright”, Amber Lawrence with ‘Good Girls“ and Sara Storer “Long Live The Girls”.

The Awards will take place on Tuesday June 23rd at the Peninsula in Melbourne.
